Feedback | Hello, it was a pleasure to meet today! is a very intelligent and motivated student! In this lesson, practiced writing skills by completing several activities and practicing a draft of a “Newsletter Article!” First, practiced building skills by learning how to help the reader understand the people in the text more. will do this by describing how those people are feeling. We also discussed what causes a person’s feelings, and is encouraged to write about these things in newspaper article. reviewed language patterns when talking about family problems by using the formula: “subject + verb + adjective + because/ as / since + subject + verb.” For example, “The parents feel upset because their children quarrel a lot.” also learned another language pattern for talking about family problems: “subject + modal + verb + object.” For example, “She had to turn off the mobile phones.” did a wonderful job with these sentence structures. Finally, we revised writing assignment and looked for features such as: a title, byline, introduction, body, and an ending. We also went over different edits and revisions for capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and grammar. did an excellent job with writing, and will continue to get better each time practices. Because did not have work, and I worked together to revise a sample writing piece. At home, can continue to practice finding errors in capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and grammar in the example piece for a newsletter article. |
